Mariposa County Chamber of Commerce Business Directory and Community Information Guide:
A professional polished Business Directory of 25,000 copies will provide high visibility to potential customers through both alphabetical and classified listings. Advertising and business listings are available to members only. CHAMBER members can save significantly in cost, time, and labor by including their "news" in the Chambers Newsletter with Flyers and Business Card Ads.
The Camber Sign, located at Chevron Station in the middle of Downtown Mariposa is a main tourist information guide. There is a one time set up fee of $45:00 paid directly to Gary Williams Signs. They will paint it to your specifications, to advertise your business You will be billed $60.00 annually by the Chamber. (only $5.00 per month)
INTERNET EXPOSURE:
The Chamber homepage is: http://www.mariposa.org it includes the business and community Information directory guide of our members, giving them worldwide free exposure. Members who already have their own website can have this listing hyper-linked from the Chamber listing to their home page at no extra charge. Advertise your business on the website for only $10.00 a month.

NEWSLETTER:
Chamber Members can save significantly in cost, time and labor by including their news in the Chamber Newsletter "The Link" . This publication is distributed to 350 Chamber Members, placed in the Visitors Center and posted on the Chamber Website, www.mariposa.org. All members are encouraged to submit a flyer listing sales or discount information about thier businesses. Chamber Members may also place their buisiness card into the newsletter for a low cost. The newaletter provides an afordable exposure to the bussiness members displaying any information pertaining to their business.
MEMBER TO MEMBER DISCOUNT PROGRAM:
As a participating MCCC business you should see increased traffic in your business and you will be saving money by using the goods & services of fellow members. This is a great way to support local patronage.
GRAND OPENINGS \ RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONIES:
Business related celebrations increase the visibility of host businesses. This benefit provides coverage of the pre-grand and help in preparing opening press releases. The Chamber supplies ribbon, scissors, signs and contacts; this includes a follow up press release with photos in our newsletter and the local newspaper.
MEMBER SPONSORSHIPS:
HIGH visibility and advertising value is offered to members who sponsor a Chamber event, such as a Business after Hours/Mixer. As sponsors, their name is prominently displayed and promoted, and tours of their facility are encouraged. Free Pre-Event publicity is available in local newspapers. There is local distribution of Flyers to businesses and on bulletin boards around Mariposa County at the major points of interest.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
BUSINESS AFTER HOURS/MIXERS:
These monthly networking events bring together an average of 50-100 who are given opportunity to be introduced and their businesses can be briefly showcased. There is the obvious profitable side to business, but there is also a social side that may make the profits more enjoyable. How well do you know the business owners adjacent to you or just across town?
Scheduled guest speakers who cover issues critical to the County's Business and residents. Introduction of new members will help advertise new businesses in Mariposa. The "Business of the Month" nominated by the membership are announced at this event. If you are interested in hosting a mixer, please contact your Member Services Coordinator at 966-2456.
